  : There's nothing to like. It is a truly false advertisement. Don't trust the pictures
  : Upon arrival, the service wasnt to its standard. My mother kindly asked for water, and the hotel receptionist was rather disgruntled at it. We were then left to go to our rooms by ourselves. Entering the room, there was a thick, musty tobacco smell. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean as well as, the shower was not even functioning properly. I headed down to the reception desk where I had asked if I could refund. The hotel receptionist at the time decided to dismiss and take a lie on the couch. This is the least of the problems I have faced upon arrival. The situation had escalated when I broke out into hives from how dirty the bedding and the room were, and the thick musty air was not helping. The uncleanliness, breach of health and safety, and the unprofessional mannerisms faced by the hotel staff. Don't waste your money on this "hotel".

  : - Location. Near to the public transport - Tram, Marmaray and ferry port. - Lift. - Double heating (radiator and AC unit)- Breakfast (however the variety can be improved) - Helpful staff during check-in and check-out.
  : - Size of the room. A little small for 3 person (triple room).
