  : The place is in a nice location. It is close to the centre. The room was clean when we arrived. The bathroom is a bit old, but okay. The breakfast had a really nice view. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
  : The place is in an okay location. It is close to the centre, but it is at the end of the street where there is a lot of construction around. Specifically, across the road, there is a big construction hole, and the building next to the hotel is being renovated, and it is one big construction site. Also, there was some work going on in the hotel, but I must say that the noise started after breakfast, so it wasn't waking up anyone. We were most of the day outside, so we didn't even hear the noise except one day when we came into the room in the middle of the day. The room was clean when we arrived. The bathroom is a bit old, but okay. There was a weird smell coming out of the bathroom, so we kept the door closed. However, whenever the cleaning lady was in the room she left the door open again. Towels were changed every day, however, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Once the trash can wasn't emptied, the floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned (I still saw the hair on the floor or in the sink). The breakfast had a really nice view. It is until 10:30, so you can even sleep a little bit longer. I was not amused by the variety of the things for breakfast, it was mostly a lot of cheese and salad. But it was okay. I can't complain too much. One more thing, the fridge in the room had a glass door, and the light in the fridge couldn't be turned off, so it was very bright during the night. I tried covering it with towels, but still, some light was passing through.

  : Dear hotel management, I ask you to take my comments as something that will help you to develop further.Most of all I liked the attitude of the staff to their guests. Very positive and pleasant people. Frankly speaking I think that the staff has outgrown such a hotel and can qualify for management positions in a better hotel with a higher level.
  : What I didn't like.1. Honestly it is obvious that the hotel lacks good maids. The hotel is extremely dirty, I'm not talking about the rooms. The hotel stairs were extremely dirty. The elevator door and mirror were stained with grease.2. Constant noise from the renovation. Unfortunately I couldn't rest in the hotel as the room on the side of the hotel was being renovated until 6-7pm. Horrible noise of constant sounds.3. The breakfasts do not correspond to the pictures shown on the bookings. They are quite tasty but do not match the pictures shown to guests.4. The rooms lack basic supplies, starting with a toothbrush pumping a simple razor. Although you have a score of 8.9 points.5. For some unknown reason in my room smelled of cigarettes. And this is the 5th floor and there is no one around.6. The blankets are extremely thin, it is cold to sleep in the evening. The second blanket does not help.7. Inside the closet is extremely dirty. Namely all in the dust. Hangers were lying on the floor of the closet.
