  : The location is good and there is a supermarket right next to the place.
  : Worst hotel I’ve seen, it was dirty, the bedsheets were wet, the pillows didn’t have a cover at all, the towel that I only got after asking was wet as well, Wi-Fi didn’t work, AC couldn’t be turned off, some rooms aren’t accessible with the elevator, staff isn’t helpful or welcoming at all.

  : Old building, unhygienic apartment, broken doors, broken glass, broken chairs, broken cupboards and room were smiling like smoking. i even spoke with GM he didn’t help, I reported booking.com, they didn’t help. I didn’t even stayed at the property for more then one hour, my money is stuck. No one, no entity is helping.absolutely ridiculous hotel. zero percent customer service. Room was disgusting, not clean, even flush was on clean. shower glass door was broken. sink tap was out of order, and the guy at front desk smiled and said we don’t have any other room. one of the property policy was NO PRE PAYMENT but one day before my arrival they detected full charges. and when I complaint about the room and left the property they removed my booking from their system without returning the money. i went there the very next day to speak with someone with higher position, but they were blaming booking.com that website detected the money we don’t have your money. I spoke with customer service of booking.com they said there is nothing we can do, you need to speak with the hotel and for refund kindly provide the proofs of your claim.i had a Very bad experience. I hope booking.com will do something against these kind of scam properties.
