When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for € 70 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 70 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Raffles will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Please note that children are not allowed at the Raffles Club. Children over 12 years old will have access subject to full rate and only if accompanied by an adult.

Breakfast and dinner packages include open-buffet breakfast at Rocca Restaurant, chef's choice dinner with 3-course set menu including unlimited soft drinks at Rocca Restaurant. (alcoholic drinks are excluded) Please note that guests need to make reservation for dinner.

Pet Policy;
• Raffles Istanbul will accept pets (dogs) which are vaccinated and “house trained”.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room or around hotel premises.
• All pets apart from guide dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants, bars, as well as at the pool areas and sports center.
• Please be informed that only dogs of 5 kgs or less are accepted in the hotel.
• If there are any damages to the room walls or room features then it will be charged to the guest.
• Pet Policy form needs to be signed upon arrival.
