WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 4 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available cot.
People 4 years old and over stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Terrace and floor requests are welcomed based on availability of the hotel. Terrace requests are not guaranteed until arrival to hotel.

Guests are kindly requested to show the credit card used for reservation upon check-in. Otherwise the property reserves the right to cancel the payment and request o charge the amount again.

Please note that Spa is closed on Mondays due to disinfection.

There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher.

Complimentary shuttles to/from Taksim/Nisantasi and Vadistanbul Shopping Mall are offered throughout the day from 10:00 to 19:30. The guests may have further information about time table from the reception.
