: A great hotel, great room, nice big bed close to most things. The guys at the reception were great, we had been to 2 different hotels before we got there and the service there was by far the best we received

: Name of hotel, good water pleasure in shower, clean towels and reasonable Wi-Fi. Also, Turkish TV fans would be happy. Loots of channels. Bed was firm and comfy. Decent location, but a bit noisy.
: Firstly, I was "downgraded" to lower class room - instead of wide, comfy room with large double bed, I was settled in standart twin room with 2 single beds. Luckily, next day I got room, I ordered. One of staff members came up to room with me, with no reason and was showing he's interest for some tips. When registered, I sent a special request - top floor and front side room - to have a chance, to see city view. Room windows were on the back side of property - can enjoy view on poor brick house opposite side of the street. When I checked out - as I asked and made note on booking earlier - I was expecting my business invoice be prepared. Unfortunately, no, and I spent approx. 20min, to manage my business invoice with poorly English-speaking administrator. Staff wasn't very interested to make my stay comfortable.
