  : The staff was good listener and the bedroom was very good.
  : Well I could say as their TV was damaged and I didn't want to switch it on. I could say it's not so important for one night but it was a strange impression.

  : Nothing. The room was dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. They don't speak English at the reception and the cleaning staff stole my cash and my passports.
  : My cash and passports disappeared from the room. We went out to buy food and when we returned to the hotel my wallet was missing along with my passports. I filed the complaint at the reception and they told me that only one cleaning person was admitted. The people at the reception don't speak English and were very rude and even grabbed my arm when I started recording a video with my phone. I filed a report with the Istanbul police but the hotel did not give me any response. I request a refund and compensation and request that this hotel be removed from your database.
