  : It was easily accessible and good location. Late shift staff nice and understanding manger is nice surrounding shops very nice people are friendly
  : Some of the staff very rude and dismissive mainly afternoon staff. They make empty promises saying to change rooms and not sticking to there word. The cleaners dont change bed sheets they just flip them over. My bathroom/shower had a hole in the Celling. The cleaners are not very good

The hotel staff (Mr. Akin and Mr. Taner) were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were also fantastic, modern, clean and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to the marketplaces, restaurants, and famous tourist attractions of the city. I appreciated the quiet, peaceful ambiance of the hotel, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was limited, that catered to all dietary needs. What surprised me the most was the affordable prices for such an exceptional hotel. Hotel Erbazlar offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever return to this city. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Erbazlar to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fantastic location exceed your expectations.
