: Location was really good and i had access to all kind of transportation.
: This was my 3 rd or 4 th stay in this hotel but this time i am totally disappointed. Hotel was not very well maintained as it used to be. Reception and personnel were not as friendly as before and this time i almost paid double the price. Breakfast was awful with a very limited items. Considering what i paid, i could get a much better hotel .I am dissatisfied with their service and i think this was my last time in this hotel.

: Comfortable room, good location and friendly staff
: A good stay overall that was slightly soured by them pushing you to their own taxi connections which are about double the price of getting the standard yellow cab service for no additional comfort or service.The receptionist organised a cab for me and told me it would be 700 lira. I confirmed this with him twice and confirmed with him that I need to pay with credit card. Got into the taxi, when we got close to the airport the driver asks me how I want to pay and I say credit card. He says that it is additional fees so says he will charge me 900 lira all up. When we get to the airport he then charges my card with 900 plus fees, a total of 975 lira. A standard yellow cab booked through Uber or their local itaksi app is quote between 400 and 700 lira. Was not in the mood for arguing or haggling so just moved on but left a sour taste as to my whole experience with this hotel.If you are going to arrange taxi services for your customers, make sure that you are looking after your customers, not your own pocket
