: The property staff are really accommodating and helpful. They provided quickly what we asked for.
: Some basic items like a sponge or dishwashing liquid were not provided. We bought them easily but they were expected to be provided for more convenience.

: Nothing - the stuff was useless, they didnt give me the key in time and I had to wait for it for one hour, while I was trying to contact and call but no one answered. Then they started lying, that they called to help, but I had no incoming calls.The only good thing is reception downstairs- helped with everything and were friendly, but they have nothing to do with the management
: Everything - the rooms were dirty, furniture is not good. I found hair in bed and ants in the bathroom. When I texted them about the dirt, they said that Ill have to pay for the cleaning. I asked the housekeeping to come before 14, but she came at 18 and couldnt say any word in English.They couldnt provide breakfast for three days and made some excuses that the kitchen takes requests the day before or that the company they work with couldnt do it. But no one called and warned me that it will not be done. They dont answer calls and really slow with messages. Looks like a lazy unprofessional staff, looking for excuses for their incompetence.

: The apartment itself is in a good location, the windows overlook the forest, not the road, so the apartment is comfortable, the sound of cars does not disturb. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, depending on your speed. The supermarket is also not far away - 10 minutes walk.
: There was no iron in the apartment, only an ironing board... We complained to the manager, but the only answer we received was - "look for it". The same goes for the kettle, there was no kettle either. There was a broken coffee kettle, we sent a photo of the broken kettle on the first day and asked them to give us something. But all 6 days we had to make tea and coffee in a pot. All our requests for help were ignored. An electronic card to use the lift was not issued until the third day.
